Might you be able to discuss how you wrangled a visit to the factory? I've always wanted to go but wasn't sure how to go about asking/reserving/bribing.

IIRC, their website gives details on factory visits- at least it did 5 or so years ago.
A late update on JJ Fox, London: visited a week before Christmas, and some how got this snap with no crowds showing.
It was pretty busy, and the staff was stressed. One was rude, even. Of their 30 or so tins on display, over 20 were empty, Did walk away with something similar to 965, a mere $35 for 50 grams....
