I haven't had this one yet, but I think it's interesting that all the blends in this series seem to bring about differing opinions on the aggressiveness of the added flavorings. For example, I thought it was quite prominent in Dreams of Kadath, but others say it's mild or undetectable. I do enjoy that one, so I should give this one a try. Great review, Jim!

Putting aside that I always read the name of this in my head as "Visions of Syphilis"... ?

It seems like a love/hate blend and I fine the grape/wine/incense thing very intriguing. I ordered a tin and can't wait to try this one!
actually that makes sense. Fun to smoke but then the pipe is ghosted ruining other blends. You know kind of like syphilis but for your pipe.

This sounds like a grape aromatic for pipe smokers who are too proud to try Capt. Black Grape. It actually sounds pretty good.
