That's what I was smoking. I had that out because I was transferring that from the large jar so I could use it for the Birds Eye.

I got a half pound and split it between two jars. Smoking out of one and cellaring the other. How old is your stock? I can only imagine it would get better.

I'd have to look, and I am not at home right now. But, off the top of my head, I'd say about 4 or 5 years.
