i have a tin of tobacco that i smoked a few bowls out of. id like to cellar it and am wondering if i should leave it as is or put it in a mason jar? its a Peterson tin if that makes any difference. thanks.

yea thats kinda the plan roth. a bit too strong for me, gonna see if it mellows with age or i have to toss it.

I would definitely jar it and let it age 6-12 months if it's too strong for you now. Blends will often mellow with aging. I've found with most straight VAs I like them a lot better after that much aging.

Best bet is tokeep it in a mason jar, best thing for storing your tobacco wether it's long term or short term.
