I was pleasantly surprised when May pulled out a pipe on this episode of FoodTribe, I thought some of you might get a kick out of it too!

I like his accent. Not being English, I can't identify region or social strata, but he has a pleasing accent. Unless it is overt Cockney, I can't "hear" working class in particular. Michael Caine had to announce in an interview his speech is working class. He could have told me he was an aristocrat. Most English accents win points in the U.S. I used to work with many scientists, and I always joked that they were paid extra salary for German accents.

It's not working class and it's definitely not Cockney (that's from a very specific area of London, only), it's just an educated middle class accent.
