Jack Howell Daney Apple Finish?

So I’m gonna turn 40 in may and I’m on the hunt for a new pipe for the occasion. Since I saw so many good reviews of Howell pipes I was thinking of getting the daney apple but I,m wondering about the finish. Any of you got this particular cut with a different finish than the one on his website? Can anyone share pictures? His natural blast looks nice but wondering if it would fit with this shape…

Carving is more of a hobby than career with Jack. He's a big time musician, I believe he plays with the Philadelphia Harmonic. He's taking a break right now but I believe he will start carving again at some point.

Actually Jack’s principal bass clarinetist with the Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra. He used to do commissions during the winter break but I have no idea if that’ll be the case this year.

Wow nice one! Is it the same stain and blast as the one on the website but with a different stem color? It looks better tho…
