I am a slow smoker. That's the key most enjoy for pipe smoking to me. Am I an expert pipe smoker?

I was able to get tnrough a bowl with no relights this morning - that is rare. I still couldn't finish the last bit in the bowl due to moisture. Maybe I smoke too fast? Maybe the tobacco is too wet? Maybe smoking outside in cold damp air?
I guess for now, the best bowl, will continue to be the next one.

All of the above contribute to dampness in the bowl. Pre-drying is the first step, slowing down the second, and moving to a warmer climate the third step! :)
