Last week, while I was on vacation, my wife caught a stomach virus. I spent the better part of my week off taking care of her. She got pretty bad at times, and I tried to talk her into going to the emergency room a couple of times. She ended up missing several days of work, and as a matter of fact, she still hasn't gone back.
Well, through all of this I felt perfectly fine, which is unusual since we normally get sick at nearly the same time once one of us gets sick.
Last night was my first night back to work from vacation, and man was it busy, but I felt fine. Tonight promises to be a busy night as well, but the bad thing is, I'm sick now!
I woke up feeling fine. I got up, checked the forum, went downstairs and smoked a pipe, all was well. But as soon as I came back upstairs I got nauseous. I went to the couch to rest a little bit, and then it hit! I ran to the restroom and got very sick! So much for thinking I was in the clear!
So, it's off to work here in about half an hour, and I'm betting it's gonna suck!
