Here's the second pipe in the lot that I bought online. Again the pictures were terrible, and there was no information about them. This one seemed to be the most promising, until I got it in hand.... Yeah, that's right, Its completely split in two on the shank. Here goes nothing...

Here's one I did. The repair was very strong, but I haven't touched it since I "fixed" it lol. I don't smoke dead mens pipes.

"I don't smoke dead mens pipes." If I subscribed to that philosophy I would have to throw away half my pipes. Being I bought most of my collection back in the 60s and 70s, I would think it's safe to say many of the previous owners are gone.
