It's Beautiful! 5lb Brick of Sutliff 507C

Just got this, my first 5lb brick.
I'm boosting my 'just in case' supply of 3 or 4 favorites. Feels good knowing its here.
I'll probably store it with some other sealed pound bags in an old Coleman cooler (unless you have other suggestions).
Even my wife liked it, she said it reminded her of a pan of brownies. High praise!

I’m glad mine come in sealed 12 ounce cans. Storage? Four cans to a box ? — Label em date em, toss in packing slip for good measure, stack em high in cellar. Open one can at a time and enjoy.

I have some 212 not bad. But I haven’t found a blend other than Granger that I would buy a 5 lb brick.
