Now they are saying it was bath salt that he was on and has anyone seen the full vid?

I have a haed time believing this as the cops stood around and did nothing for 15 min before one jumped over. I have many law enforcement friends who are saying something is not right as no law enforcement would have stood around like that

I know several witnesses passed by, but the cop pulls up, gets out of the car, kind of goes "Oh Shit!" and jumps back then pulls out his weapon. You don't get much from the vid as it doesn't pan over to where it's all going on until after it's all over. It's just a speck on the screen up until then, but the cop does what he's supposed to do as far as I can tell. I think the whole bath salts thing is speculation intended to drive the "next biggest ultra-dangerous drug" scare angle. It sounds more like amphetamine psychosis, if it's drug-related at all. It could have been a lack-of-drug problem for all we know. People who come off antipsychotics suddenly can do baked out stuff.
