Seriously though, the article alleges that it was due to a 'cocaine psychosis' but it sounds more like he was on PCP. Which the user often times will get naked because they get really hot, and i've heard numerous accounts of people on PCP doing very disturbing things, mutilating themselves, etc. but never eating another person face.

When I was in college I worked part-time at a funeral home as a mortician's assistant - working death calls, autopsy pickups, and funerals.
