I couldn't live without the "latest reply" click. I'm so impatient. I confess, it took me a while to discover it. I'm sure there are a number of conveniences I am as yet unaware of. Also note the "Back to Top" click at the very bottom of threads. Be droll, don't scroll.

I always just click on the "last post" at the top of the discussion. Click right? Right where?

On the time displayed, the right hand side of the column.

The very useful happy medium to all of this is the "first new post" option. Many forums, if you are logged in, allow you to click and go to the first new post since you last visited.
That function may be a bit new-fangled for this site, though. It's only been out of beta testing since the 90's... :nana:
