Is this a Peterson

Hi I am new to the forum.(3 or 4 days) My nic is Fluffy, my real name is Jim. I have this pipe that has the peterson Logo on the side of the stem and no other markings. I looks to be made of suede. Any help will do.

Hmm..maybe you should try emailing Peterson ...they do respond relatively quickly.

Welcome to forum...that is a Pete stem but it may not be on a Pete bowl, it looks like a meer insert. As Chris says contact Peterson.

The P is for Pioneer not Peterson. Pioneer built meerschaum pipes.

Yeah the Peterson P looks different. The back of the P is a loop.

I think lonestar is right. It's a Pioneer brier with a meerschaum insert.

I'm with lonestar. I have 2 Pioneers and that's their mark. Kind of funky looking in a cool way.
