Is the Pipemagazine.com site being actively maintained?

I travel frequently and use the pipe retailer directory when I do. I just noticed a few things on the site and wanted to see if this is the right place to get answers:

1.) I haven't been able to find any contact information on the pipesmagazine.com. Is there any? Within the forums the contact link at the bottom redirects into a loop back to the forums. I am using Chrome on Windows 11
2.) When I try and review a retailer it has me try and login to a wordpress site. My last review was back in 2021 and I don't think I had to login to Wordpress. Have reviews been discontinued?
3.) I came across a retailer during my travels in PA and would like to see them added to the retailer directory. Is this something is possible and if so how?

Yes. The site is being maintained. In answer to 1 & 2, the contact form and the retailer submission are turned off because of thousands of relentless spammers. I figured any legit contact or info will still find a way to get through.
