Damn! P&C won't ship me the two pounds of Penzance I told them I wanted. They said they had none. Poor excuse!!

My opinion on PC is they should be swept off the face of the earth for losing all of my order history when they got bought out by the slime that is Cigars International. I stupidly thought that they would keep the order history for all PC customers cause guess what???? It is just good business. But noooooooooooooooooooooooo, CI being the absolute worst cigar company out there, toasted my info thereby making my life more difficult.
Back in my cigar days, everyone I knew thought CI was a joke and only newbie pukes would do business with them. The smart cigar guys used JR, Famous and of course our Cuban connections.
Fast forward to this day in time and I will only use PC if I cannot get what I want from SP or 4Noggins. Do I sound bitter, do I sound like someone with a vendetta, well you are right. I hate PC with everything in my soul and I hope they are torched from this earth, freaking douchebags.

They lost your order history? It probably just had to be relegated to a backup tape because it was huge. Haha! I mean this without acrimony or condescension. We'd all love to have that order history.

They sent me a two part code, promo and activation, but left the activation code off so it doesn't work. They said we'd both get in trouble if I told anybody.
This led to night terrors and a haunting sensation that my TAD and PAD were not real. That morphed into PTSD. Now I am homeless and flinch any time I see a coupon. #MeToo

Holy crap! My sympathies. Maybe they'll give you $500 store credit or something. What a mess... but data lossage does happen.
All the stuff P&C has wrangled with lately has been, in my view, a stew of common IT problems that IT pundits have not yet figured out generalized solutions for... so my sympathies to them too.
hunter, that is too funny. Yeah I think someone should have to pay for their crimes, not sure if a firing squad is justified. Maybe a simple caning would be more fair.

Haha, thanks Jesse, DM and pitchfork for giving me a fantastic chuckle with your thread contributions. This topic has taken over from Penzance. I wonder what Peck, known Master of the Farce, would say about CM's lost order history? Perhaps Peck has it backed up -- can one imagine that he is holding the details ransom until a delivery of a brace from CM's Rad Davis collection arrives? Yes, this topic multiplies questions about P&C and its orders, order histories and the Farce itself!
