Lol North Sea. That's like, really filtered man. I wonder what they use it for at the hair salon. 4x is probably good enough for most lighters. 3x is probably good enough for most lighters. Interesting that it's made in the U.K. . My Whip-It 5x is made in South Korea.
Looking again, I thought that the "4x" pertained to the filter level of that product. I usually look for 3x to 5x filtering though.
