Is Gawith out of perique?

First real post! I am addicted to Stonehenge Flake (aka Louisiana flake) and have noticed in the last few GH drops no VAPers. I know Stonehenge was discontinued due to sourcing components issues - could it be the perique? And PLEASE let it not be the case. Need my St.James flake and Louisiana flake fix!

@RnjSch33 have you tried some of the new(ish) VaPer blends from Seattle pipe company? I haven’t. But I’m a big fan of st James plug, and some other VaPers which have air cured Virginia in them. Wonder if they might scratch the itch in the meantime.

It's all going to China. All part of the plan. He who controls the pipe tobacco, controls the world, and if that doesn't work, they can just sell it back for a 500% mark up. It's a win win. I thought we had already discussed this during the Esoterica crisis of 2021.

We are waiting on a delivery but due to UK regulations with importing raw leaf, it has become more difficult. Containers full of leaf are fine, but barrels of Perique are a little harder. Perique is also incredibly difficult to source and get in large quantities, especially if you are not near that area of America.

Nope - not 'out' of anything, except waiting on the Perique order above. Please note we make export production to order and large orders can take quite a while to make as it is hand-made and then there is shipping time on top of that.

I hope things don't get more difficult after the next election. Things are bad enough now for smokers and the tobacco industry (and anyone trying to earn a living) but I worry about what might be coming down the line.
I suspect we will shortly have a government who's natural inclination will be to ban things. I hope I'm wrong.

Do you have a factory shop in Kendal? That would be a great excuse for a day out in the Lakes, on my bike, with a large rucksack..
