If it gets sold (Big if) then it will sell much below listed price in my opinion.

There are only a few thousand individuals in the entire world who can afford it as listed. Also, this does not have much provenance (Not worth 3 million Euro) so even those who can afford this, would rather spend on other toys with provenance (Like a exotic car like Bugatti Chiron)

If you mean the most expensive pipe it's not close by a long way.

There are meers that are very large and spectacular that reach that level. Then there are things like the Dunhill Eiffel Tower pipe valued at over $1,000,000.00. Then there is everything in between.
