Irish Shamrock Souvenir Pipes

Here’s a few Irish Souvenir pipes.

Most are Peterson. One is B.P.L.

One is Hallmarked A.P. and dates to 1893

The light colored ones are Ireland, Cork, Cork and Tullow

They're all nice, but the FROM DUBLIN with all the dots really stands out from the rest. Just my opinion. Cool pipes.

My old man was from Cork, happy to see these. Got one very similar, bought this one early in my journey. Love this one because it reminds me of the shamrock/harp tattoos my father had on his forearms:

Some really beautiful pipes! Cool that you have one that is like your Dad’s tattoos. I have an Edwardian lady meer that is similar to my Great-Grandmother’s pose in her wedding picture.

I bought one of the Shannon Airport Irish Souvenir pipes on eBay in 2007 but wound up selling it this past February while "thinning the herd" to reduce the size of my humble collection.

It had the BPL stamping. According to pipedia.org BPL "stood for Briar Pipes Limited, was a Dublin company selling pipes primarily in airport duty free shops in the 1970s and 1980s"
It was a really good smoker.
