Bought a pound of Macbaren Virginia #1 because I just smoked the last of this blend from 2017. Also bought a tin of Macbaren HH Pure Virginia because I've never smoked it before.

Having another senior moment, thought today was IPSD. I bought nothing new at all, but to do my late celebration, I got out the first pipe I bought in 1982, a basket pipe from Italy, and am smoking the last tobacco I bought in it.
Ta-da! Bookending my pipe smoking journey so to speak. Cheers...

Just pipe cleaners, a goodly supply, and a baggie of old time Lanes blend. Otherwise, I'm good. It got here from SP yesterday.

I didn't have a sandblasted Peterson 314 yet.
But it was on sale.
Now I do.
I think it's my 5th 314; they simply clench, hang, and smoke just right for me.
And I like more resting time between uses in my pipes - so the stable grows...
