IPSD PAD: Peterson Newgrange Spigot

I've been eyeing a few Petes for a couple months now. Digging the spigots and considered a system pipe, but wasn't sure about the P-lip and not into the vulcanite stem. So today i figured i'd check some sale prices since it's IPSD and all. Low and behold, Smokingpipes came through. I couldn't turn down a Newgrange with acrylic fishtail bit for $170 and free shipping. That was very close to the price i was about to pay for a system spigot a couple weeks ago, before i decided to wait and continue my due diligence. Glad i did.

BTW: i believe i read they'll be running their sale prices till the 23rd. Not to spur on any other poor sucker's PAD. :P

I am sure it will smoke great. I have a Peterson bulldog spigot with an acrylic fishtail bit and it works a treat. I am sure you will be happy with it, looks great.

Love it! This line seems to get the best blasts that aren’t designated PSBs, though many from the line could have been.

Thanks, guys. Bowl size/chamber diam/depth were also considerations. I looked at the Dracula line, too, but the red on the stem was a little bright for my tastes. So this more muted stem color also helped push me over the edge.
