You're lookin pretty sharp there, Banjo! I took a turkey this month, but deer were sparse during my time out in bow season. Don't know if I'll make it out again or not. Rifle season yet to come.

Yes, even though we're pretty far south we have moose sightings quite regularly.

I have 2 forestocks for the 7mm-08 the Schnabel I use for most of my outing but if I frequent a spot that has a large tree that has fallen it's the perfect rest for the bipod so I use it with the shorter forestock shown.

Yesterday was opening day for duck season here but I didn't get a chance to go out until this morning. I went out on the river for a few hrs and bagged a couple but except for coots birds are pretty scarce. The weather just hasn't been cold enough up north yet to drive them down. But it was a great morning just to be out enjoying nature's church. I'm looking forward to the season.
