Haunted Bookshop tends to be a love it or hate it blend. Thanks for a very fair review of it.

Congrats on the new house Kirk! It was fun hearing how his collecting is going these days. Also, fun to hear how the Nate Pipe Clu… the Indiana Pipe Club got its start. I’m jealous they have that many shops in the area. Hope the show is a hit. The vendor list is really solid.

They call them the dog days of summer, but a more accurate example of what the Vegas heat is like is when the Thanksgiving turkey has been in the oven for two hours so you open the oven to check the temperature and you’re met with a blast of unbearable hot air. That’s why us Las Vegans hibernate during the summer.

Great tune from Bing! Hadn’t heard that one before.

Thanks for another great episode.

Captain Kirk was a real joy to listen to, and how the pipe club got started in Indiana. They are doing it right by supporting local B&M, keeping a pipe show manageable, and a lot of fun. Haunted Bookshop is one that I really enjoy because of the amount of burley, but I appreciate the advice on tweaking it a bit to take it in a new direction, and can't wait to play with that blend. Time to buy more tobacco!
