In Praise Of Yello-Bole Tweed

I bought this little used Yello-Bole Tweed from Ebay a few weeks ago and I can't get enough of it. I cleaned it and reamed it out a bit, and it is now one of my best and favorite smokers. It's a smaller bulldog style, and the odd coating/painting isn't mainstream, but its light, compact size is perfect for carrying around. I can pack it full of aro and smoke evenly for a good 30-40 minutes, or pack a half bowl and smoke a perfect 15 minute outside break.
I've seen these in an ugly gray color as well, which I think has been coined "Navy boat gray", but I like this black color. Highly recommended. If I can get my hands on a few more Yello-Boles I'll be a happy smoker.

Yeah, I'm not sure what they used to paint their bowls, but it's a sturdy coating and it breathes just fine.

I bought two kbb yello bole imperials a few months ago on eBay and they are both fantastic. Got them both for twelve dollars so can't beat the price!

I like the shape, too. I know you're a clencher, Kashmir, and I have found that it's small and light enough to clench while strolling around the neighborhood.
With the all-black color I call it my "ninja" pipe.

I'm a huge fan of older kbb yello bole's I have 3 in my collection right now but am always looking for more on eBay.
As I am not a huge fan of painted pipes I'm glad to see another person kicking it with yello bole
