We went out Friday AND Saturday nights, so I'm recuperating today....

I chose some EMP in a bent Dublin, a Ferndown Bark.

Watching the F1 opener this morning, a good start to the day!

Have fun and be safe!

Lovely pipes, numbersix. I own several Petes, and today, in honor of my great-great grandfather, John G., who migrated from County Cork to North Carolina to Georgia, I am breaking out my Mark Twain original and smoking Irish Flake and other Peterson tobacco all day.

My father's mother was Irish, so I'm some Irish too, and I've been to Ireland twice, so

I'll be smoking my Peterson Around-the-World bulldog dedicated to Ireland with the

Celtic Cross on the band. I'll just follow my whim on the tobacco since I have a lot of

other non-Irish ancestry. I'm going to a concert of French music during the time of

Rodin, so it will be an international day.

Was born in Belfast NI so I guess I qualify as Irish depending on who you talk to. I don't dress in green but like any Irishman I can appreciate a good party. It's my anniversary tonight so some Guiness, Bushmills and hopefully a happy end to the night

Forgot to mention, I don't have any on hand, but Peterson's Irish Whisky is a great

blend, really fine.

That's cool tennsmoker. My grandparents were from County Cork too, they settled in Manhatten. My grandfather was a paper hanger and lived in a classic old brownstone that I loved to visit as a kid. I still have family in Ireland. My great uncle is a professor in Dublin and my cousins own a golf course (used to be a sheep farm, but golfing offers a better living)

This is a crappy picture, but it turned winter here again. Got tired of being inside so headed to town in the truck. For St. Patricks, I thought I'd break in my new Peterson Kinsale with Frog Morton Cellar.

This is how I started my St. Patty's day. Spent it celebrating an Irish bday. Only liquor available was whiskey! So the theme was great. jamenson all night!

I had every intention of smoking the new St Paddy's day 2013 Peterson for St, Paddy's day... but I ended up spending the day with a particularly wonderful red haired beauty instead, and never got around to lighting the pipe up. As much as I regret not beginning what could be a great tradition for me (smoking the petey on that day every year)it was well worth it! :) I'll smoke the pipe today, and just call it the same thing a day late. As much as like smoking the pipe, I think I like the smoking hot redhead that was with me a whole hell of a lot more.
