I really enjoy the now-defunct Murray's line English blends, particularly 1A Linfield. What I like most about that blend is the savory aspect. Meaty, almost, like mesquite barbecue. I smoke a lot of English and Balkan blends, but I haven't encountered another that has that same savory aspect. Now that I'm completely out of 1A with no more tins to be made, where do I look to fill this hole on my English shelf?
