Nothing like watchin' John
John was one of my first followers in the YTPC and gave me a big shout out after I started my channel. We communicated at times, and he was a very genuine person. He had great knowledge of the pipes and tobacco's and always provided great information. Better than that were his stories. He was a great storyteller. I will still watch some of his videos from time to time.
I bought a Savinelli 673 KS Fantasia after John's passing, along with some Haunted Bookshop and Old Joe Krantz. The 673 was on my list of pipes to buy, but after his passing I pulled the trigger on this beautiful pipe. I don't mind the Haunted Bookshop, but clearly not one of my go-to blends, but it's nice from time to time. I've yet to pop the OJK tin, but when I do it too will be smoked in my 673.
