The fact that you are posting on Forums and want to is enormously encouraging. Hang in there buddy. It sounds like you are in good medical hands. Take it slow. The dogs may not be a problem once other things are sorted out, but they're with your folks so they'll do fine. If Forums or anything else online can act as a distraction, go for it. Boredom is stressful too. We're all pulling for you.

Best get better fast, you certainly don't want to spend any more time in the hospital than is absolutely necessary! Who is going to sanitize your house of all of that animal dander? Tell them you always sanitize with Bacardi 151... All meager levity aside, you will need to sanitize your house before you get back home.

raven', keep careful records of the whole experience. If this problem is common with these meds, there may be a class action suit up the road. You don't want to spend your life on such things, maybe, but if it were a group action, you might be due remuneration. Just keep a complete folder on it.
