IL & WI Residents (And Other States) Needed for Test

I have a locally licensed Prudential Insurance agent that can offer non-smoker rates on health insurance for IL & WI residents.
This post is not to try to sell you health insurance.
To get his advertising business, I need to be able to show his ads only to residents of these two states.
Next week, after the holidays, my programmer is going to try to make this work.
I will need to know that only IL & WI residents are seeing the test ads, and that nobody else is. If you do not live in those states and see the ads, I need to know, and vice versa.
I'll bump this when it's time to test.

Ok, time for the test.
On the bottom left of the home page, there is a large ad for Briar Books Press that everyone should be able to see.
There is also in rotation an ad for Luxury Tobacco Reviews as shown below. Please refresh the page several times and let me know if you see the ad. It is set so only IL & WI can see it, and shortly Florida will be able to see it too.
