I am only 26 and have always thought i was born in the wrong era when it came to music.
I would love to see The Eagles, CCR, Cream, Janis Joplin.
By far though I want to see The Blues Trevelers live. That guy plays a harmonica better then anyone. Though his name at the moment eludes me. :?:
when they performed on the Tonight Show, Johnny Carson said, " There's 9 musicians who won't be invited to Lawrence Welk's next Birthday Party..
Bill Chase and 4 other members of the band died in a small plane crash in a thunderstorm on their way to a concert in 1974. :crying:
Pink Floyd - Dark Side era. I just saw a you tube of Waters last show in England where Gilmour and Mason joined in for a few songs and the finale. I refused to pay $250 to see that (vocals sounded pretty weak...) and I still blame Waters for breaking up the group. I've seen Gilmours version and Waters solo show, but never the real deal.
Other Misses:
Zeppelin. We had $19 tickets for the Dec. '80 show at the Cap Center in DC. Bonham died in September and I remember vividly making sure my buddies father, who worked at the Cap Center was able to get our $19 refund. What I would give to have that ticket for the show that never happened back....
Beatles & Elvis Presley (in the good years...)
I saw Danzig on one post. I def would love to see them back in the mid 80's. Danzig "Mother" was my first video I ever saw on MTV. He's def one of my fav's when he puts a lot of blue's into his music.

I know the feeling. I'm "only" 58 and I was still swinging to the Big Bands while growing up in the era of the Beatles. :D
