I just recently picked up an estate pipe and I’m having a heck of a time finding info on it. It looks like the makers mark has been stamped out. Rather meticulously. Curious as to why? It has imported briar on one side. And Sir Burton on the bottom. I’ve searched the interwebs to no avail. Anyone that has some knowledge they would like to impart would be appreciated.

Sir Burton is/was probably a smoke shop. Looks like that pipe might be a Weber
