What is a good temperature for cellaring? I’ve read 50-59 degrees and also 60-70 degrees. I have a coolidor so that I can maintain exact Temperature without worrying about fluctuations.
Constant room temperature is fine. My house stays 80°F year round and jars that I've had since the mid '90s are fine.

So if I set it to 60 it should be pretty good then.Constant room temperature is fine. My house stays 80°F year round and jars that I've had since the mid '90s are fine.

Yeah, you should be good though if you just opted to put the jars on shelves out of direct sunlight it would be equally well.So if I set it to 60 it should be pretty good then.
??House temps of 80 F??? ? That's what my 85 year old parents kept their house at. I couldn't breath in there...like a dang sauna. My cabin is maybe 72-75 in winter and T-stat set at 60-65 to sleep.
My tobacco is actually in a real cellar and it's about 50-60 F down there.
I think humidity may be an issue as well but here in CO it's pretty dry.
It would likely cause cross contamination of flavors.Would it be ok to mix different wrapped blends in the same jar or would it alter flavors?
Anything below 80 causes my joints to ache. Ideally I like outside temperatures in the mid 90s.My cabin is maybe 72-75 in winter and T-stat set at 60-65 to sleep.
