Good Lord. You just bought a lot of Christmas in March, Durham.
The first items which jumped out of your pix for me were the Kleen-Ream tool, the Doodler - or maybe, a Holely Smoke - killer pipe stands and the possible Dunhill. There's also potential treasure in that beat to hell cardboard box.

Thank you kind Gentlemen for your words of help and encouragement. It is going to be hours of work involved in restoring some of these pipes. Some seem in fair to good shape and as the description in the listing read, poor condition as well. I'm sure some will need stems if they will even be worth the time, money involved, etc. It's going to be a fun project, that's for sure.
I've cropped an image to try bringing it closer for inspection. I've mailed asking the Seller a few questions regarding the collection but nothing in return yet. I did a little research and the closest I came up to what the one 'Mystery Pipe" may be looks something close to a Dunhill Root Briar. Perhaps wishful thinking on my part? It also resembles a few pipes from John Calich as well.

Good point Mike! I thought about that too. I asked them if the tins contained tobacco and how many pipes total were in this collection in my mailing. They had about 5 or so previous listings of pipe lots in the past few months.

Very interested in the pipe in the upper left of the shoe box, and i think i see a kiseru sticking out of the shoe box as well.

It took the seller three days to return my email but it was over the weekend. It's shipped and I have tracking number too. It should arrive Monday April 1st.
