The stem doesn't seem to be helpful in this instance, other than it may not be original.

The number looks 4 digit (is it "3680"?) which would suggest generally after the late 70s, but can't really tell if that's a zero after the "368".

I'd say what's left of it that may be Comoy's is consistent with that 80s and after, though, but doesn't seem to be much left to call it a "Comoy's"?
