If a blend has been around for decades there must be something good about it. I recently got a pouch of Half&Half (which I didn't like so much the first time I tried it). I speed-aged it and it has been sitting in a jar for a couple of weeks. I think I'll have a bowl of it today.

H/H is another old codger that takes a licking on tobacco reviews, just beacause it don't cost $20.00 an ounce and is sold in local grocery stores most pipe smokers consider it well just plain shit.Well i enjoy it often and at $3.00 something a pack its a good deal where i live.Iknow times have changed but years ago a pipe smoker only had what was avail locally,i myself am not spending mega bucks on a few ounces of tobacco +shipping only to find out i don't care for it.I guess im from the old school yet and i enjoy what i can buy at my local store .

I tried some Half&Half last night. It wasn't bad at all, but not great either. Very easy to smoke. I think aging the tobacco made it less harsh.

Half and half was my back up tobacco for many years. One that I could always snag at a small town grocery if I happened to run out. I admit that it is a bit of an acquired taste. Seems like one of those love, hate blends.
