To be fair to Hoosier, I heard they were a pretty rough troop of Girl Scouts. Most had spiderwebs tattooed on their elbows and were packing M9s.

I swear pipe smoking really makes a person more patient and intelligent. It's not a guarantee but it's better then with the general population.

I would have to disagree with this statement. Put me in traffic, even with a pipe, and you will see someone who is not patient and cusses more than Richard Pryor and Eddie Murphy combined.

It's all relative. Without the pipe to moderate you, there could be road rage on steroids, shootings, etc.. I will say for me, smoking a pipe does help with my patience in traffic immensely.
