I Just Received My Order from PC!

I can't believe it got here already, in just 48 hours to NY by UPS. Here is my new Vauen Classic and AKB Meerschaum, both in 9mm plus other goodies. The Meerschaum 9mm has the same draw as the Vauen with Vauens 9mm filter. Pretty good! The White Elephant filters work in all my my pipes, good draw, but best and most secure in my Rattray. The Vauen filter is a little narrow in the Meerchaum and you can shake it a bit, but it should expand when smoking. The WE filters are thicker with the WE Super Mix being the thickest of all, perfect for the Meerschaum.

That makes more sense. With P&C it's a crap shoot when or even if you'll receive your order.

AKB Meerschaum,

I really wish AKB would disclose the carvers' names more often than just the umbrella distributor name. They've got some great names carving for them.

Yes, me too. I had askes SP customer service, but they had no idea. Either way, this pipe came out very nice. It's not anything too elaberate, so I figured the carver would have to be terrible to mess up a lattice. The engineering, draft hole and 9mm drilling is very good also.
