Way ahead. Hell, we sell stuff to Israel so that when people launch rockets at them short range they can take them out in mid-flight. We will have no problem with NK's missiles. If we want, we can take out any nuclear tipped missiles before they barely get into the air, and there is already a Trident sub sitting off shore with nuclear warheads capable of traveling Mach 17 over 7000 miles and hitting within a few feet of the target.
