I've been patiently waiting but now I know it is/will be en route soon, I am even more excited.

He ended up using a brand new and much darker blue swirl on the stem, I think I like it even more than the medium blue...will see, for sure, when it arrives.

Nice! I'm usually not a fan of colored stems, but that deep blue is close enough to black that I kind of like it.
His prices look very reasonable. I would love to see a review once you have put the pipe through its paces, or even a first impression once you receive it and have had a chance to look over the construction, engineering, craftsmanship.
