I figure why not? Been thinking about all the tools I need to make pipes and the simplest answer was "just get a lathe". Trying to find the right bit for chambers? Nah, just get good with your chisel. Took a lump of briar for a test spin. Pretty fun stuff, safety gear included of course. Had to call it quits while I learn how to sharpen funny shaped chisels. Good time for a bowl of 3P's in my work cob! I'll probably continue this chicanery tomorrow, try to make something to sell. Official Harry Potter wands ought to do, eh?
