Hooray for the short smoke at work. Here is my Willmer lightweight. I have to go slow so the bowl doesn't get too hot and can stretch it to about 40 minutes.

Please post a pic when you have refinished the stem on yours.

Two words for you: Five Brothers. These very small pipes are the perfect vessel for the dry quick smoke

of nicotine stoked tobacco offered by that brand. It's the perfect pipe and tobacco for intermission or

a quick trip outside between courses, but don't let the chef catch you or he'll tell you the meal is over!

I don't think there's anything unusual or odd about this. It's what you like. They are attractive pipes.

You like a short smoke. Makes perfect sense to me. Now let me go pack my extra large Joh's bent apple

and think about it for an hour ... I do tend to smoke group fours and above, or threes for some Virginias.

Nice pipe sallow.
Mso489 I don't limit myself to one size I believe there is a right size pipe for every occasion group ones and twos for your days at work and threes and fours for weekend mornings and evenings. And of course the group 5'a and up lol for those camp fire nights of long hours doing nothing but sharing stories and laughter.

Wise words. I tend to like smaller pipes for everyday smoking but those nights when the wifey comes to the garage with me and we are discussing our past, future, hopes and dreams a big pipe can get me through without having to take a break to load another pipe. A place for everything and everything in its place so to speak.

Smokey, I think that's one of the coolest cuttys I've ever seen! What make is it? I've always wanted a cutty shape, but never found one, in the right price range, that spoke to me.

Oh yeah, nice little pipe. From experience with that shape, put a mirror in your smoking area. You'll need it to light the thing properly.

Thank you petes03 I too love the cutty/zulu shape so much that I recently acquired three of them a kaywoodie, GBD and this pipe which make I am unsure of as it wasn't listed in the sale. The zulu is easy to find for a great price they are all over the place. The cutty is a little more difficult but not impossible.
This particular pipe also spoke to me I honestly didn't think I would win the bid, I only bid once and the minimum at that and for 3days no one cared to see it. I believe it's because the ad said stem requires replacing and bidders got worried. I guess that means there wasn't anyone on here bidding cause I don't see that scaring a PM member. Lol

Ok so I got this in the mail and it is wayyyy smaller then expected the chamber is the size of a pencil eraser. I attempted to clean out the stem which is completely messed up and jammed to top it off when I pulled out the pipe clean a cloud of reddish dust came out and I threw it across the room while blowing the dust away from me as quickly as possible. I Think some got in me if I'm dead by the end of the week you guys can have my pipes lol. But seriously I was worried that this may have been used for something other then pipe tobacco so I have it in a cotton ball alcohol bath I soaked it not caring for the finish I just want whatever was In it out. The stem ill see if I can have one made. But it's probably not even worth it.

Pipes that small are designed for extremely potent tobaccos. Some cultures smoke out of ultra tiny pipes and smoke the highest nicotine blends, cut up like cigarette tobacco.
