I Cannot Register At PipeMakers - Advice?

Hey guys,

so over the last year, I’ve tried to register over at pipe makers forum and I get to the point where it says “awaiting admin approval” and I never hear back. I’ve tried different emails and stuff to make sure it’s not my side. I can’t imagine why he’d deny me. I’m wondering are they not taking on new members? If he’s just busy, well... 8-10 months is a good wait. I’m wondering if this is just me or I’m missing something. Thanks so much for any help.

Did you read all the "Read this before registering" Stuff? If you haven't read it, they won't let you in the little club...

There are some secret instructions you need to follow in order to be accepted. Just saying.....

Not knowing anything about that site, my guess is that a giant meteor wiped them all out at once. It was probably terrible. I'm starting to tear up a little as I write this. That would have been so so sad.

Hi Pete, there's two admins at that site, and both are pretty busy with real life stuff, but that's no excuse to not be approving new accounts. I can hit at least one of them in other places, if you PM me your login name there, I will see if I can get you some action.

Thx. Maybe I missed something in read this before... as someone else said. I know they’re busy. I’m not complaining about them at all. Just want to join. trying to see what and if I was doing something wrong or missing emails back that got filtered out as junk etc etc

I dunno, emails get spammed, people don't look at some folder for a month, I dunno. I can't keep my shit together well enough to make dinner, let alone run a forum. But if you send me your details I'll kick Tyler in the ass.

I tried a few times over the years and was never able to register successfully, The process was frustrating. I gave up.

I only wanted to learn how to make a few pipes, for myself, but now, I don't really give a shit. You-tube gave me all the information I needed and without the hassle.

There's also about 20 groups on facebook with a focus on pipe making basics. I think there's one even called Beginner Pipe Carvers. The info that used to be basically only available in one place is well spread out now.
