Circumstances for the last 3-4 years have dictated that all of my pipes were in a big storage tub in my closet. Most of the tobacco rotation was too. Lighters, cleaning stuff, etc. were in like three different areas.

Anyway, it was a huge pain in the ass and I never got to enjoy looking at my pipes. I finally was able to clear out a corner and use this existing desk/shelf thing that had a fish tank on it until recently, and it’s damn near perfect. I’m so happy to see them all again. I have a little felt lined caddy on the way for the lighters and such. 😍

I hope the sun isn’t hitting any vulcanite stems in that picture, ask me how I know 😆

I need a man cave. I think I’d like to buy a huge shed that looks like small house, put a window unit and air purifier in it, and make it my man cave. I only have space to display about 10 pipes, the rest is in a closet or under a bed.

Is that a Neerup on the top shelf, 2nd from the right? I’ve been eyeballing a couple pipes on SP this week that look very similar…

I was just thinking the same thing. Make sure that if your stand gets direct sunlight, you keep the pipes with vulcanite stems out of the light path.

Unless you enjoy green/yellow stems, of course.
Acrylic and plastic stems should be OK for the most part.

Good eye! Yep that one is and then I just got the sandblasted Neerup as an estate from SP a couple days ago.

Nice!
I have a Neerup in my collection and I really enjoy smoking it.

Nice setup you have there. I'm in the same situation of having to keep the pipes and tobacco put away in inconvenient containers. One day I'll be able to display them properly.

Nice display! A storage tub is no place for such a fine collection of pipes and paraphernalia. Are those labels printed, or is that your own handwriting on them?

Thank you. Most of the jars have printed sticky labels of the tin art on the lid. Some have hand scrawled labels, as well. I just got a dip pen and was trying to dabble in calligraphy back in 2019 when I first started piping and cellaring. Many jars bear the shame of my awful “calligraphy” 😂

Standard stuff is what gets me going 🤩
Well I never get to show off my stuff, so I’m more than happy to pic dump haha. Flash got bizarre on the sandblasted ones, sorry for some weird photos. Too lazy to try again. So, without further ado…
