As I enjoy a pipe on the front porch, watching the trees bend, I notice that 100% humidity slows down the burn a bit.
Also, the normally small, grey ash is replaced with larger chunks of light and dark colored ash.

Smoked in the rain once...it was a wet smoke
Jay, you could start a new trend...Extreme Pipe Smoking...where folks post pictures of themselves smoking in hazardous situations :puffy:

Jay.

+1 U.K. Jay! U.K. Jay...get it? I'll pretend that was witty and move right along. Jay, you should pitch that to the the British Hollywood equivalent as a new reality show....might make a mint!

I have noticed that at -50 degrees celcius it is nearly impossible to smoke a pipe, mostly because my fingers were almost frozen and I wasn't sure if I was actually holding the pipe or not.
