So i came across a Dunhill silver spigot in shell finnish but i wonder how to date the pipe as there is no number after England, just various stamps?
I have read a few guides but none seems to have any info on spigots.

Well, if you really wanna' date her, you gotta' do it right: First you go talk to her daddy. Once you have his blessing, then it's just you and her on the porch swing, a bottle of wine, and the big ol' full moon.

Just taking a stab here, since I am certainly no expert...
That dunhill mark wasn't used until 1995ish so it is 95 or newer.
If you look up the silver hallmarks, that will narrow down the year.
Best of luck

The mark you need to look at is the date hallmark in the inset picture above 3103. Note, those are marks from the Birmingham assay office, the letter mark, third to the right is the date mark. From your picture, it looks like an X in the style of the mark used in 1997. Full series of Birmingham marks can be seen here,

That's interesting that the pipe lacks the digit stamp beside "England" and is only shown via the hallmark. I haven't looked at enough Dunhill silver-spigots to determine if that is standard practice. I love spigots, that is a lovely pipe!
