Very nice cellar! I also remember the ammo shortages a few years ago. I also stood in lines in various places to get my ammo rations. HahaUnfortunately, this whole Sutliff situation has me acting a bit like I did when there was a .22 ammo shortage a few years ago. It was all overblown, but I remember waiting in line at my local gun shop
Since I prefer to smoke different tobacco’s throughout the week (Va/Pers, English, Burleys, etc) I cellar more widely than deeply. I have picked up a few Sutliff blends I like, though, this past week, just in case.
Here are two of my tobacco cases, and one of many tubs.
Same. Haha.Very nice cellar! I also remember the ammo shortages a few years ago. I also stood in lines in various places to get my ammo rations. Haha
And they always will. It will never be cheaper than it is today.but prices keep going up!
But what if you get reincarnated AGAIN??!! BUY! BUY! BUY!I have enough set back that if I live out my actuarial time, die, get reincarnated, start smoking early, and live out my actuarial time again - I’ll still have tobacco.
This may or may not be the approach I had with this whole Sutliff business... I can neither confirm nor deny that my cellar has increased by at least 35 pounds in the past month...If Lane ever closed, I'd probably snatch up two or four 5-pound bags of the stuff and deal with the credit card statement as it comes.
No@Chasing Embers Does compressing and cellaring your blends as plugs affect the flavor or character of the tobacco?
