There's a lot of blends that sometimes catch me off guard. This would be one of them. I usually don't notice it but occasionally it just hits me. As mso said, fed and hydrated are key.

I would agree with Jim, I've never noticed any particularly exceptional hit of nicotine from Plum Pudding. That does not in any way mean it wasn't noticeable for you. And that's neither a good or bad thing.

Very individualized thing. Pack a day smoker so for me it feels like nothing. One of my buddies is a cigar smoker and a small bowl of Plum pudding special reserve flattened him.

I have never gotten a nic hit from SPC Plum Pudding. Some blends effect me more than others though.

I am nicotine sensitive and I have to watch it with Plum Pudding. I smoke it only in small or medium sized bowls. The SPC blend that really gets me is Mississippi River, which I love the taste of, but can't handle the nic hit.

I always get a nic buzz when I smoke the Plum, but I love this blend so that I usually load a large bowl. If possible, I do this every morning with my coffee.
It's great, you'll get used to it!

I'm a real Vit N lightweight since switching from cigs to a pipe.
As an inhaler I choose blends with mild nic at most ..... but, PP is something special.

The nicotine is quite noticeable so I use a small bowl after a meal. Then it's quite pleasant.
As I only had a 2oz tin, I jarred it & smoke it when the mood strikes.

Personally this comes in right in the middle for me. I love Plum Pudding and have a little left still. But I have a high tolerance and not much causes me to sit down so to speak. I used to dip regularly so maybe that has to do with something here.

I would agree that it’s on the high side of medium. It doesn’t put me into orbit but I do recognize the healthy dose of Vit N when I smoke it.

I never noticed the nicotine in this blend so for me it’s below medium in strength. It’s fascinating to me that others have had such different experiences though.
