I'm guessing around 75 different blends, some just a tin or Mason jar. A few I have pounds of. So far I've been sprinkling the tins into the rotation along with my favorites. There's room for both in my rotation.

More than I need, less than I want. Around 225.

I'd guess about sixty, about a third of them open and in rotation. Because I only smoke a bowl or so a day, that could last me for years, but blends accumulate nonetheless.
Right around 125 but most of them won't be replaced unless they are something truly amazing.
No more than 30. Over time, eliminated blends that are so-so.
Those of us in Europe are green with envy.

Forty or so at any given time. However, I frequently throw in a new tin of something with a larger order. Also, I like to gift the couple of pipe smokers I know with blends that I like and ones that I might not be keen on but might be appreciated by someone else. The 40 is a floating number.
173 blends currently in my closet climate-controlled cellar. I’m one of those dweebs who keeps a spreadsheet.
About the sme time frame, and bout 2/3 that count of blends. Not very deep on anything. Just when I think I get groove going on, my tastes change a touch.
It will probably take me years to get where I’d like to be, unfortunately.
I'm not deep on anything either. My stock is mostly Mason jars. I have more than 2 oz. of only a handful of blends. My changing taste has been between Virginia Blends and English Blends. Burleys are always my go-to.
Like some others here - maybe too many! Some 100 or so different blends. My den is more wide than deep.

I’ve probably got close to 200 separate blends, but a good chunk of my collection is single-tin FOMO blend acquisitions. I’ve only gone deep on maybes a dozen blends.
