How Long Will an Unopened Stokkebye Box Last?

I've just received a factory sealed box of Stokkebye Luxury Bullseye Flake. I was wondering how long it would stay fresh in this factory heat-sealed bag.

Whenever I jar flake,it seems to fall apart, I have a ton of bullseye flake already jarred and I'd hate to see these fall apart already.

Good advice, I'll jar it up this weekend. So basically just like they are in the box, just in layers inside the jar?

I have a couple of pounds that I vac packed the entire package. I'm hoping the double sealing will protect it.

I'd say forever, I'm just leaving my box as is to age, when I open it I'll transfer it to jars.
